Relational Empowerment
Coaching
(for therapists and
relationship coaches )
Relational Empowerment is a powerful
couples model created by Terrence Real the author of, “I
Don’t Want to Talk About It; The secret legacy of male
depression and “How Can I Get Through To You”. Terry’s work
has been featured on 20/20 and is transforming relationships
across the country.
Lisa Merlo-Booth is the Director of
Training for Terrence Real’s Relational Recovery Institute
and coaches therapists across the country in the nuances of
RRT. She runs skills workshops around the country in this
model and is responsible for training all Relational
Recovery Coaches. Lisa also offers
tele-classes on incorporating the nuances of Relational
Empowerment into their practices.
Are you a therapist or relationship coach interested in
learning a more powerful, results driven model of working
with couples? If you are familiar with Terrence Real’s
Relational Empowerment model and want to strengthen your
understanding and skills in this model, then Relational
Empowerment Coaching is an excellent way to do this.
Clients report increasing their practices, strengthening
their work with couples, and experiencing steady personal
growth as a result of using this model and receiving
coaching.
How coaching for relationship
professionals works:
-
All Relational Empowerment coaching
is done via the phone
-
Coaching can either be with
individuals or with groups of no more than 4
participants per group
-
Calls are 45-50 minutes for
individuals and 55-60 minutes for groups
-
Groups and individuals meet 3 times
per month unless otherwise agreed upon
-
Relationship professionals must have
attended some type of Relational Empowerment training
through Terry Real and the Relational Recovery Institute
